Herbs are plants with leaves or flowers that have savory or aromatic properties used for flavoring and garnishing food, medicinal purposes or as fragrances. Archeology tells us that herbs were used as early as 60,000 years ago in Iraq.

Learn about the history of herbs, how to cultivate and use them in your everyday life!
